Rates and policies
20% commission
We get paid by results, so it's in our interests to make the most of the commission you pay. That's why we only take on your property if we think we're the right agency for you. We know we're not the cheapest but as there are no hidden extras, we are by no means the most expensive.
Cancellations
If a guest cancels their booking for any reason, you'll still get the full booking payment thanks to our cancellation guarantee scheme. The fee is charged per booking and by the size of the property. Please feel free to contact us and ask for more information.
Damages
Accidents happen. We operate a damage waiver scheme covering accidental damage up to £350, helping to deal with genuine mishaps quickly and fairly.
For our overseas owners
We do not apply VAT to our charges for overseas owners. Depending on your own circumstances, you may with to take advice on whether you're required to register for VAT in the UK. As an overseas resident, we're required to deduct UK tax at the standard rate from your net rental income, unless HRMC has confirmed that you're registered for self-assessment under the Non -Resident Landlord Scheme. Full details are available on the HMRC website. Once we're notified by HMRC that you're approved, we'll stop making deductions and refund any tax due where appropriate.
