Near to cities such as London, Bristol, Bath and Oxford, the Cotswolds is a popular destination for discerning visitors and the perfect holiday spot for couples, families and those looking for larger properties for family gatherings or special occasions. There’s much to discover, from the picturesque towns and villages, enchanting countryside, beautiful lakes, fascinating history, and hundreds of miles of varied walks within the Cotswolds Way. Popular visitor attractions include the Cotswold Farm Park, Cotswold Water Park, Broadway Tower and Snowshill Manor and Garden.

What should I buy in the Cotswolds?

Traditional character cottages, contemporary lakeside retreats and beautiful farmhouses do very well in the Cotswolds. You can’t really go wrong with location in this part of the world. In terms of facilities having a hot tub is always a welcome bonus and parking is also important as guests don’t always want to worry about finding their own. We can advise on renovations, fittings and furnishings, legislation and all things holiday letting to make sure your property reaches its full potential with free, no obligation advice to ensure you spend your money wisely.

How much can I earn?

The key to a successful holiday let in the Cotswolds is flexibility – people visit year-round, so short breaks are as popular as week-long family holidays. Out-of-season bookings can really bump up your income, so allowing dogs opens you up to a larger audience in the shoulder months. That being said, every property is unique, and we love that. This does mean that in order for us to give an accurate income estimate we always advise to get in touch and speak with one of our experts and arrange them to visit your property. That way we can give an honest estimate and advise, whatever stage you’re at with your property.
