Holiday Letting in Suffolk

Holiday letting guide

Why holiday let with Classic Cottages

We may be new to the area, but we’re not new to the world of holiday cottages and our Area Manager, Amanda, has years of experience with holiday letting in Suffolk.

Established in 1977, we have worked hard to become the holiday cottage specialists we are today, which means we are perfectly placed to put your holiday cottage in Suffolk in front of the right people.

As a family-run letting agent that’s been named a Which? Recommended Provider three years running, our priorities are in people, not just our growing property portfolio. This is reflected in the positive feedback left by our loyal customers, as well as the strong relationships we have with our owners.

We understand that we’re not just providing guests with a cabin in the woods or a dog-friendly cottage, we’re providing a holiday and everything that comes with it. It’s our agency expertise that keeps people returning as they know we are always here whether they need help finding the perfect cottage or somewhere amazing to visit in the area.

What should I buy in Suffolk?

Lined with over 50 miles of glorious ocean, coastal cottages are popular in Suffolk, with the likes of Thorpeness, Aldeburgh, and Southwold firm favourites with visitors. Self-catering holiday cottages within the Suffolk and Essex Coast and Heath National Landscape (formerly known as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) are popular for year-round breaks, with the beautiful landscapes enticing visitors from all over the UK to come and soak up the fresh air and stunning heather-topped vistas.

When it comes to the properties themselves, holiday cottages with hot tubs are always popular and lend themselves perfectly for romantic getaways. Holiday homes with large gardens also do well, especially when they are dog-friendly – perfect for a big family holiday! From week-long respites to short breaks, and cosy cottages to quirky cabins, we are here to help you get the most out of your beautiful property. We can offer advice on a number of topics, including furnishings, legislation, and pricing, providing you with everything you need to get your Suffolk holiday home in front of the right people.
