What does the Managed Service include?
The managed service is there to provide you with that extra bit of help, whenever you need. We have listed just some of the services included in our fully managed package below:
Finding a housekeeper/gardener/window cleaner
Sorting waste collection
Arranging Compliance Certification
Resolving any issues during a booking
Organising contractors required when guests are in situ on your behalf
Arranging payment of related invoices (at cost) from your account
Arranging a second emergency key safe for use by our team or contractors we’ve instructed
We are also happy to provide contractors details to you so that you can arrange any routine maintenance works, end of season upgrades etc around bookings taken through our system.
Is there an additional charge for the service?
Absolutely not. We are here as your letting agent to provide you with as little or as much support as your need for your property. We'll make sure we come and chat through your individual needs to ensure you and your guests have the best possible experience with holiday letting.
Our team offer this service as part of our support to our Classic Cottages owners, and any invoices from contractors will just be charged at cost - we won't add a mark up.
How do you keep us informed if you manage our property?
If you decide our managed service is right for you, we will keep you in the loop every step of the way. Everything we do will be marked on the owners' website, so you're always in the know. Here you can keep an eye on each transaction, monitor your changeovers and be assured that all is in hand.
