Alongside the service we provide to you as your letting agent, we are also here to help if you’d like us to take care of it all with our fully managed service. Our dedicated in-house team will provide support in every aspect of holiday letting so you don’t’ have to worry about a thing. 

  

 

Our Fully Managed Service

 

From a comprehensive all-inclusive management service to an ad-hoc deep clean - you can count on Classic for professional results. Choose your own housekeeper and just have us manage the accounts, or rely on us to handle every aspect. The aim is to make things easier for you. Thanks to our 24/7 emergency line, should there be an issue, it won't be an issue for you. We'll fix it before it becomes a problem and let you know it's been sorted.

 

 

What does our Fully Managed Service include?

 

Our team will be in place to help with all aspects of servicing a Classic Cottages booking to enable that booking to go ahead smoothly, and looking after your guests when they are staying at your property. In addition to our usual bookings, administration and marketing role, this includes:

• Finding a housekeeper/gardener/window cleaner

• Organising waste collection

• Organising linen

• Arranging Compliance Certification

• Resolving any issues during a booking

• Organising contractors required when guests are in situ on your behalf

• Arranging payment of related invoices (at cost) from your account

• Arranging a second emergency key safe for use by our team or contractors we’ve instructed

We are also happy to provide contractors details to you so that you can arrange any routine maintenance works, end of season upgrades etc around bookings taken through our system.

 

 

Is there an additional charge for the service?

  

Absolutely not. We are here as your letting agent to provide you with as little or as much support as your need for your property. We'll make sure we come and chat through your individual needs to ensure you and your guests have the best possible experience with holiday letting.

 Our team offer this enhanced service where required as part of our standard commission, and any invoices from contractors will just be charged at cost - we won't add a mark up.

 

 

Staying in the loop with your fully managed property 

  

If you decide our fully managed service is right for you, we will keep you in the loop every step of the way. Everything we do will be marked on the owners' website, so you're always in the know. Here you can keep an eye on each transaction, monitor your changeovers and be assured that all is in hand. 

 From PAT test reminders to compliance checks and tweaks to your availability calendar to make the most of the unusual short breaks, we are here to help with it all if you’d like us to. Just as we do for your guests, the Classic service lets you pop the kettle on, put your feet up and relax.
