From a comprehensive all-inclusive management service to an ad-hoc deep clean - you can count on Classic for professional results. Choose your own housekeeper and just have us manage the accounts, or rely on us to handle every aspect. The aim is to make things easier for you so we can be on hand to send out our recommended tradesmen for emergency callouts, or get out our feather duster if the cleaner missed a spot. Thanks to our 24/7 emergency line, should there be an issue, it won't be an issue for you. We'll fix it before it becomes a problem and let you know it's been sorted.

The cost

Use our skills, expertise, our organisational prowess; we'll come and chat through your individual needs to make sure you and your guests have the best possible experience with holiday letting. Our team are able to offer this enhanced service where required as part of our standard commission, and any invoices from contractors will just be charged at cost - we won't add a mark up, Please get in touch to find out more details.


Whatever level of service you choose, every move is marked on the owners' website, so you're never out of the loop. Keep an eye on each transaction, monitor your changeovers and be assured that all is in hand. Can't remember when your PAT testing is due? We'll set up reminders. Not sure if you're compliant? We'll make sure you're covered. Tweak your own availability or let us decide how to handle that unusual short break. The point is if you need us, we can do it all.
