Spend your holiday taking long walks along the South West Coast Path. The Lizard Peninsula is a rural delight for doggies looking to adventure. From Lizard Point to the beautiful Kynance Cove is a popular walk taking in glorious stretches of ocean, hidden coves and plenty of spots to stop and admire the view.
On the north coast, you'll find Gwithian beach near Hayle. A huge expanse of golden sand that welcomes dogs from October to Easter. There's also Portreath nearby, a popular surfers beach and a cute village to visit for the day or stay in for your entire break.
If your dog is a true escape artist, you might want to opt for a dog friendly cottage with an enclosed garden. Although there's no promises that the garden is truly inescapable. It will give you a enclosed space to let your four legged friend out for some fresh air.
