This enchanting cottage sits close to the historic St Germoe Church, parts of which dates back to the 12th Century giving this area a timeless beauty and a traditional feel of a cosy cottage whilst having the added benefit of being so close to the sea.
This is a cottage where modern conveniences sit alongside Cornish heritage, the property has been thoughtfully updated whilst maintaining its integrity and character, offering comfort without compromising its charm. Inside the cottage offers contemporary living with two delightful sitting-rooms which sit at each gable end, both with warming gas wood-burners, Smart TVs and one with sweet original shutters, offering a choice of space for snug evenings in.
The kitchen is set over two levels, the first with a dining-area warmed by the Everhot electric range cooker, ideal for slow breakfasts and hearty suppers prepared with local Cornish produce. The lower level houses a huge double fridge/freezer, allowing plenty of space to stock up for the family, a dishwasher, air fryer and Nespresso coffee machine.
A handy downstairs cloakroom also includes the utility-room with both washing machine and tumble-drier.
Head upstairs to three charming cottage-style bedrooms which offer restful countryside views, a luxurious king-size double, a sweet double and a versatile 'zip and link' king-size. A beautifully appointed family bathroom features a freestanding bath and a separate shower, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring.
Outside the stunning garden is a true highlight, an idyllic space to relax, dine al fresco with a charcoal barbecue and soak in far reaching views.

Just a mile away lies the golden stretch of Praa Sands, renowned for its sweeping coastline and crystal-clear waters. Nearby the iconic St Michael's Mount rises from the sea, an ancient castle steeped in legend and one of Cornwall's most treasured landmarks.
You have travelled this far, plan your weeks and visit nearby Penzance with its Art Deco Jubilee pool, buy some of the freshest of fish from the bustling fishing harbour of Newlyn and wander the quaint streets admiring the fisherman's cottages in Mousehole.
Closer to home, a handy convenience shop is just a short drive away in the village, ideal for everyday essentials. For a wider choice, Penzance and Helston both offer a range of supermarkets for larger shops.
