3 Gull Rock

Filled with natural light, the apartment has been beautifully furnished and decorated in natural, soft tones. The open plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchen (including the all-important dishwasher), and dining-table where everyone can gather to chat about the adventures of the day. The sitting-area has two comfy sofas and, if you can tear your eyes away from the stunning view, a Smart TV. You will also find a handy WC off the hallway.

The two double bedrooms are both decorated in soft pastel shades, with lovely linens for a great night's sleep. The principal bedroom has an en suite bathroom and bedroom two has an en suite shower-room.

Outside, through French doors from the living area, the south-facing balcony is perfectly positioned for what has to be one of the best views overlooking Woolacombe Bay. Drink your morning coffee whilst watching the surfers catch a wave or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets, the ideal holiday pastime. The balcony has a table and chairs for al fresco dining throughout the seasons.

3 Gull Rock is in a block of similar apartments and accessed via external steps which lead to the front door. Whilst parking is available for one car, the space is small and additional parking is available in the village, approximately ten to fifteen minutes' walk away. Weekly tickets can be purchased at the car park.
