If you're looking for a comfy, welcoming holiday home from which to discover the stunning north Devonshire coast, you'll find pet-free 4 Ocean Point the perfect stay. Offering a relaxed, airy and calming base to stay with an open plan living area, two bedrooms, a family bathroom and a fabulous outdoor space that's made for an afternoon snooze, you'll never want to leave this modern escape. Its central location in Woolacombe means you can happily leave the car behind in the secure underground car park while you make the most of the beach, coastal path and bustling seaside town.

Step into 4 Ocean Point where a modern, sleek open plan living area awaits. For those looking to reconnect after the busyness of everyday life, this is the perfect space made for spending time together, whether cooking a meal together or catching up on each other's news. To one end lies the kitchen, cleverly designed to make the most of the space with everything you'll need to create magnificent feasts, including an oven and hob, built-in dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and an excellent range of kitchen essentials to help you on your culinary adventures. There's a handy breakfast-bar by the kitchen for an easy start to the day, while a spacious wooden dining-table that seats up to six lies by the floor-to-ceiling window. At the other end of the room a huge, oh-so-comfy sofa for up to six awaits for lounging, while there's a Smart TV for quiet evenings in - you'll just have to decide between you if it's an old favourite film or that must-watch box set that's on the menu. The back wall, also a floor-to-ceiling glass window plus a door, opens out onto the terrace, perfect to leave open on hot days to enjoy a refreshing sea breeze.

Head upstairs to find the bedrooms. Overlooking the terrace and with a view of the sea, the main bedroom has a cosy double bed, en suite shower-room, Smart TV, an armchair made for some quiet time to yourself with a good book, built-in mirrored wardrobe and full-length glass windows, reaching from floor to ceiling. Step across the landing to the peaceful twin bedroom, perfect for little ones, with, a built-in mirrored wardrobe and floor-to-ceiling windows. In between the two bedrooms lies the family bathroom, while an additional WC is downstairs.

For warmer days there's a terrace to the back, found through the glass door in the sitting-area, where you'll find a table and chairs for morning coffees, lazy afternoons and pre-meal drinks. As well as this, there's an underground parking space for one car, plus a communal outdoor shower for washing sandy feet and wetsuits after a day's adventures on the beach. Access to the apartment is by stairs or lift, and a communal storeroom can be used for storing surfboards, bikes and wetsuits should you have brought them with you.

From 4 Ocean Point it's a three minute stroll down to the beach and into the centre of town, so you couldn't ask for a more perfect location! The award-winning Woolacombe beach is often touted as one of the best in Britain, with three miles of golden sands backed by rolling dunes and lovely views of Lundy Island out to sea. With its Blue Flag status and seasonal lifeguards, its perfect for families who enjoy swimming and lazy days on the beach. Adventurous types can try their hands at surfing, bodyboarding and sea kayaking, while those who prefer the feel of the earth beneath their feet can join the coastal path and walk over the headlands of Baggy Point and Morte Point, located either side of the town. Alternatively, take part in the Woolacombe Wildlife Trail, perfect for animal-loving families, or wander around the town and discover one of the many places to eat, from traditional pubs to pastel-coloured ice cream parlours.

Although there is lift access to the apartment, the bedrooms are on the first floor. The blinds in the bedrooms are not black out blinds and therefore some light does filter through (it's not possible to install curtains due to planning restrictions). The apartment is accessed from the car park via stairs or lift, for guidance a LWB VW Transporter (minus roof racks) can access this area.
