Those looking for a spacious family seaside home need look no further than this beauty. With three en suite bedrooms, captivating sea views and boundless space, you'll want for nothing at this modern, dog-friendly holiday retreat in Woolacombe, Devon.

Offering reversed living to make the most of the exceptional views (meaning the bedrooms are downstairs and the living area upstairs) and with a large balcony for outside living during warmer weather, this is a lovely coastal home just a few minutes' walk from an award-winning beach and the town of Woolacombe. Open plan shared spaces allow for quality time together, while each bedrooms with their own bath or shower room means there's never queues in the morning. Outside a landscaped garden awaits, ideal for lawn games and sunbathing, and parking for three cars.

Step through the front door of 36 Chichester Park into the living space and immediately you're greeted by breathtaking views of the beach, sea and coastline of this beautiful part of north Devon. Interiors are blissfully neutral in tone, with the seating area resplendent with a cream-coloured corner sofa, Smart TV and gas fire (artfully disguised as a wood-burner). In addition, there's a seating nook with a sofa bed and a bronze telescope for a spot of star gazing when the sun's gone down. If your stay is partly a workcation, there's a separate study area for catching up on emails or coursework. Next, you'll find the spacious dining-area with a table for eight, while during warmer months the sliding doors can be pushed back to bring the outside in. A high chair is provided should you need it. You'll find the kitchen tucked around the corner, with a built-in oven and gas six-ring hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, plus all the essential equipment to satisfy even the pickiest cook. Opposite the kitchen there's a shower-room - ideal for washing sandy feet after a day on the beach!

Descend the stairs and you'll find three peaceful bedrooms. The principal bedroom is home to a double bed, built-in wardrobe and glass doors leading out on to the patio. The show-stopper here is the en suite, with a spa bath, large shower and WC. The second bedroom has a double bed, dual-aspect windows and glass patio door with sea views, and an en suite shower-room. The third bedroom is perfect for little ones, with twin beds and a further day bed (suitable for a child), plus shower-room. There's also a travel cot available for babies (please bring your own bedding with you). On the ground floor there's also a utility-room with a washing machine, tumble-drier and plenty of space for a dog bed.

To the front of the property lies a driveway for up to three cars, while the back has a beautifully landscaped garden (please note there are some drops, so children should be supervised), a large terrace with picnic bench for sunny breakfasts and a sun-soaked balcony, accessed through the living area, with a table, chairs and coal barbecue. Bikes and surfboards can be stored securely in the garage.

Ideally positioned just a short stroll from the beach and bustling town of Woolacombe, it's easy to leave the car at home should you wish. Stretching over three miles, the award-winning Woolacombe beach is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, games, sandcastle building and invigorating strolls. If you're feeling brave, grab your bodyboard and head for the rolling waves of the Atlantic. Make sure to take a walk on the South West Coast Path for dramatic views, bird watching and seal spotting, then head into Woolacombe itself for a bite to eat. There's a fab choice of eateries, from cafes and pubs to fine dining and ice cream parlours. A short walk to nearby Mortehoe is well worth it. An ancient clifftop village, listed in the Doomsday Book, is home to a 13th Century church and a museum that tells the history of the area as well as the fascinating days of smuggling.
