The main living space is bathed in natural light thanks to the expanse of glass, which seamlessly blends the luxury apartment with the big blue just beyond. Get even closer when you open the bi-fold doors and step out on the wrap-around terrace which serves up salty sea air and unforgettable views, whatever the season.

Back inside, the main living and dining area is open plan, making it ideal for family holidays and cherished celebrations with friends alike. To the back there is a dining-table, a space for relaxing with the TV and then two further sky-blue sofas directed at the main show: the Atlantic Ocean. This set-up is popular with families, providing a spot for children to unwind with some TV after a day on the beach, while the adults can relax nearby with a glass of wine and a sunset view.

When hunger strikes the modern, well-equipped kitchen is tucked behind the dining-room down a few steps. Here you'll find everything you need to self-cater, plus the built-in breakfast-bar is the perfect spot to perch and keep the nominated cook company.

To maximise views, the principal bedroom is separated from the living space by way of thick privacy curtains. Come morning, fling them open and enjoy a coffee in bed while you watch the sun rise over the ocean. The main bedroom also benefits from an en-suite shower-room with dual sinks and a roomy shower.

Towards the back of the apartment, you'll find a double bedroom complete with bunk-beds and a third bedroom with a double bed, single bed and pull-out bed. There's also a family bathroom and decorated in calming neural tones it makes for an inviting spot to soak after a day of north Devon adventuring.
