Located in a quiet hamlet less than four miles from Porthleven, and even closer to the spectacular coast at Rinsey where the old mine engines sit proudly looking out to sea, this comfortable and cosy holiday cottage is simply perfect for a family or group of friends.

Four bedrooms comfortably sleep up to eight guests in two doubles and two twin rooms, all of a good size and all with garden views. When the weather is good, enjoy the large garden with room to relax with a good book or for al fresco dining. Whether you try your hand at cooking on the large kitchen range or play it safe with the conventional cooker, either way this fabulous kitchen is ideal for a beginner or more experienced cook and with so much choice of locally-grown vegetables, fish from the surrounding coast and a wide choice of traceable meat options, you can eat very well indeed.

Alternatively let someone else wash up and visit one of the many restaurants, pubs and cafes in the nearby fishing harbour of Porthleven; or if you fancy a walk to the pub, the Queens Arms at Breage is a mile away and is definitely worth a visit, but don't forget to take a torch if you walk back!

This delightful cottage started life as a traditional stone-built village property and when extended a few years ago, the owner was keen to retain as much of the original character as possible, so with clever design and skilled craftsmen, the result is a perfect combination of old and modern which sit very comfortably together.

Stay for a week or two and make it your very own 'home-from-home', you may just be smitten with this very special property, where many wonderful holiday memories can be made.
