Next to the kitchen (down two steps) lies a super handy breakfast-room housing a utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble-drier. You will also find the more formal dining-table in this room. There are five bedrooms to choose from, all offering lovely linens and super-comfy beds. Take the wooden stairs (please take care) to the first floor where you'll find four bedrooms. Two wooden steps lead up into the main bedroom with en suite shower-room. Bedroom three (or the blue room) is another king-size room with en suite bathroom, bedroom four offers a king-size bed and bedroom number five is a simple single room. The final twin bedroom downstairs (located in the snug room) has use of the family shower-room located on the ground floor.

Trebarvah Farmhouse has everything you could possibly wish for in your Cornish holiday home. The grounds are sure to impress with sea views to captivate you. The fabulous outdoor pizza oven will add a whole new dimension to your holiday, and you are free to use this from dawn until dusk.

You can walk through the fields down into Perranuthnoe, or "Perran" as the locals like to call it! Perranuthnoe is perfect for those looking to escape the crowds and enjoy the peace and quiet that Cornwall has to offer. The very popular village pub the 'Victoria Inn' is thought to be the oldest recorded Inn in Cornwall. Full of charm and character, booking in advance is recommended as it gets super busy! Just a hop, skip and a jump away is the family-friendly sandy beach, spend leisurely days building sandcastles before heading back - stopping off for an ice cream in one of the laid-back cafes on your way.

Head west and you'll stumble across Marazion and the iconic St Michael's Mount, the historic town of Penzance, the fishing village of Newlyn and picturesque Mousehole. Further still is the amazing Minack Theatre and stunning Porthcurno beach. Make sure to visit Sennen, a hotspot for surfers and home to an epic beach, Cape Cornwall for breathtaking sunsets and the road around to St Ives is a must for incredible views.
