Stepping into an expansive entrance hall, the ground floor boasts grand scale living. The sitting-room has floor to ceiling windows that frame the surf and golden sands below. Set in a perfect elevated position take the time to look carefully at the circling kestrel that visits daily to hunt in the hedgerows below. Sink into the comfy sofas and take in the ever-changing sea views. Host memorable meals in the modern dining-room complete with private balcony overlooking the coastline and garden, take a glass of bubbles outside and soak up the sea air.

At the heart of the home is a luxury fitted kitchen with high end integrated appliances plus an electric AGA. With a central island with marble countertops, grab a bar seat and admire the aspiring chef preparing the family's feast. Additional social seating allows you again to take in the exceptional views from the expanse of glass that features throughout the home. French doors lead into a spacious decking area with outdoor dining for 12. Sunrise with coffee, sunset with friends, this space is the picture-perfect spot to admire this beautiful part of the county.

On the ground floor you will also find the first of six bedrooms with a 'zip and link' bed and use of the generous wet-room located next door, a family favourite games-room with table football and a vintage electronic Pac-Man machine is perfect for rainy days or post-beach entertainment. A generous utility-room completes this floor.

Head downstairs for a further four bedrooms, three with panoramic views that embrace the property. Throw open the doors to allow the sea air into the main bedroom (bedroom 2) with a king-size double bed, a huge en suite bathroom with free standing bath, and separate power shower. Two twin-rooms (one with doors leading to the garden) share a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Plus, a further zip and link bedroom with its own en suite shower-room.

Upstairs on the first floor you will find the sweet final bedroom, a tranquil king-size sitting next to a cloakroom, with Velux windows filling the area with light. On this floor you will also find a cosy retreat with quaint windows, this snug is a perfect spot for quiet reading and for children to play and make their own happy holiday memories.

Outside enjoy beautiful gardens offering both privacy and space. The elevated decking-area is a sublime spot for al fresco dining and sundowners with uninterrupted views. There is private parking for four cars on the driveway directly beside the property.
