Super-kingReturning to Classic Cottages for 2026 and set directly on the front row overlooking Perranuthnoe’s glorious sandy beach, Cliff House is a large, detached holiday home enjoying one of the most enviable positions in Cornwall. So very close to the sea, the gardens and terraces feel almost within touching distance of the shoreline, creating a real immersion into the coastal landscape.
The recently improved house itself is spacious, stylish and designed for relaxed coastal living. A fully equipped fresh and modern kitchen has everything for preparing family feasts showcasing local Cornish produce. The dining area overlooking the Atlantic, provides the perfect space for sharing long lazy meals while the huge cosy sitting-room invites you to unwind beside the wood-burner, with huge picture windows framing uninterrupted sea views. The setting is mesmerising any time of year, glistening stretches of golden sand reflecting the sun or wild stormy nights watching the waves roll in.
On the ground floor there are two beautifully presented bedrooms, both sharing the luxury shower-room; one is the existing 'zip and link' room and the other is now a charming bunk bedroom, ideal for little ones. There is also a newly created and very handy utility-room.
Upstairs you will find two further bedrooms, both boasting outstanding sea views. One a generous space with super-king bed, and the second a sweet double, both benefit from en suite bathrooms, offering privacy and comfort for couples or extended families.
Outside the gardens and terraces provide multiple spots to relax, dine or simply watch the ever-changing sea. The hot tub positioned to soak up the views is a real highlight, perfect after a day on the beach or footpath.
Perranuthnoe beach is a much-loved family friendly bay of soft golden sand, perfect for paddling at low tide. The surfers arrive as the Atlantic swells, appreciate the ever-changing view and some glowing sunsets.
The area of West Cornwall has so much to offer, and Cliff House is perfectly placed for exploring it all. Wander along the coast and go to nearby Marazion, home to the iconic St Michael's Mount, explore the fishing harbour and art scene of Newlyn, or spend a day in St Ives renowned for its galleries, beaches and restaurants. The postcard perfect village of Mousehole is a short drive away. This exceptional home offers the ultimate base for a memorable Cornish seaside escape.
