Situated in a quiet hamlet just a few miles from Marazion this brand new, detached property is perfect for a family holiday or a group of friends.

Walk through the pleasant little porch, taking off your muddy boots on the way, before entering the ground floor. The kitchen/diner is a superb space and has comfortable seating for six, with patio doors leading out onto the sunny patio. The super kitchen overlooks the gardens and has everything you need to cook up a feast and more. There is an electric range cooker together with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The sitting-room (with doors leading out onto the patio) has plenty of comfy sofa seating and a top of the range wood-burner, ideal to snuggle up in front of on those chillier winter evenings . Oak stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find your family bathroom and four bedrooms, all with views of the garden.

The outside area provides ample room for those that love to dine al fresco and the lawn is huge, so perfect for those families that enjoy a game of rounders or two!

Tol- Mennor is located in a tiny hamlet located within a World Heritage Site due to its history of mining for tin, copper and china clay as well as its outstanding beauty.

The hamlet itself is very quiet, however Porthleven is only a few miles away and rapidly becoming a 'go to' destination with a busy harbour and many good restaurants including Rick Stein's, among others. Try The Square for the most amazing local fish dishes and home-made desserts.

Or if you fancy a walk to the pub, the Queens Arms at Breage is a mile away and is definitely worth a visit, but don't forget to take a torch if you walk back!
