We’ve been raising the standards of self catering holidays since 1977.
Our family ethos
Tony and Clare Tregoning started the business back in 1977 and their dedication to quality and excellence is at the heart of everything we do. Tony is sadly no longer with us, but we still adhere to their original ethos of finding holiday homes we would like to stay in and have slowly grown the company to find the best picks of properties across the counties. Plus Clare still drops in to keep us on our toes.
As an independent, family-run company, we wouldn’t expect you to stay anywhere we wouldn’t want to stay ourselves. And we’re pretty picky. We want you to walk into your handpicked holiday home and say ‘wow’, sit back and relax.
Dotted around the countryside we have a selection of luxury cottages on working farms. Collecting fresh eggs or seeing the cows coming in for milking can add that little extra something to a holiday – particularly for the younger ones. Enjoy the embrace of the countryside and make use of the location to discover beautiful walks nearby. A walk through the country, be it over rolling green fields, through wooded trails or riverside paths, will leave you feeling totally refreshed. Then, when you've had your fill of adventure for the day, return to your home-from-home and relax with your favourite people around you.
If you have a four-legged member of your clan, it's good news as many of our working farm cottages are dog-friendly. Just remember to keep your dog on a lead though, as some members of the farm might be shy. Secure your favourite cottage now and get ready for a holiday to remember. We've got 91 holiday cottages on working farms ready and waiting to welcome you.
