Hear the stream trickling by, along with the birdsong, this beautiful retreat will wow you from the moment you arrive.

First built around 1870, but having recently been completely refurbished and extended, Dalgover House exudes effortless style that has modernised the space yet sustained the character so perfectly and retained the unique and traditional charm. Inside you are treated to two effortlessly chic sitting-rooms, both with wood-burners, views of the grounds and comfortable seating to relax into at the end of the day. There is a third sitting-room with Smart TV and French doors to access the extensive grounds.

The kitchen area is beautifully appointed and comes complete with an enormous American fridge/freezer and range cooker. There is a large dining-table for all the guests to gather round and the ground floor also benefits from a handy shower-room.

The first floor is accessed through the sitting-room, take care on the steep stairs and be vigilante with your stepping on the beautiful split stairway at the top of the stairs.

The three bedrooms are luxurious and comfortable, with crisp white linen and a stylish and neutral aesthetic that is easy and relaxing. There is additional sleeping in Bedroom 3 for two additional children on request - please inform our sales team if you wish to take advantage of this when booking. The family bathroom has a beautiful Velux window that lets in all the stunning natural daylight, a big roll-top bath and separate shower cubicle.
