Step away from everyday life into Trefechan, a perfect get away from it all for families or group of friends. Delightfully homely Trefechan is a lovely detached Cornish house which is ideally located for exploring the north coast's dramatic coastline, beaches and breathtaking coastal walks.

Located in the heart of the Goonown area of St Agnes this house has many qualities and is a fabulous family-sized holiday 'home-from-home'. The entrance hall sets the scene with lovely wooden floors and a resident piano, making an impressive space indeed. Set over two floors, this deceptively large property will surprise you. On the ground floor the living space includes a lovely bright and sunny dining-area, well-equipped kitchen-area and super useful utility-area. You will also find a double bedroom which shares the family bathroom (located on the ground floor) complete with a fabulous enclosed shower. The comfortable sitting-room has patio doors which open onto a big private patio and lawned garden. Outside there's oodles of space to play, soak up the sun or just sit quietly and plan the days ahead. Steps take you down to the lawn and garden area which has a table and chairs in the summer and is perfect for al fresco meals. Upstairs you will find the light and airy main bedroom, bunk bedroom and family shower-room.

Centrally located in the heart of this popular village that is bustling and busy during the summer months and laid back and relaxed during the quieter wintertime, it's easy to jump in the car and explore this wonderful part of Cornwall or simply wander through the streets exploring this quintessential Cornish village. St Agnes has everything you could possibly need with shops, galleries, cafes, a butcher and bars all conveniently close to Trefechan. There are many delicious foodie places within walking distance, from the famous Driftwood Spars at Trevaunance Cove just outside the village to the Tap House which is a ten minute stroll down the road (however it may take a little longer walking back up!). There are independent little galleries selling original Cornish art, farmers markets and museums to discover and explore.

If you do fancy exploring further afield, then why not head towards Perranporth which is only five miles along the very scenic coast road. Enjoy a fun filled day eating local pasties, learning to surf or exploring the many hidden rock pools. The fascinating city of Truro is also within easy reach and promises a memorable day out. Steeped in history, a visit to the Cathedral is a must! Situated right in the heart of Truro, its three spires and amazing architecture dominate the city skyline, making it one of the most iconic buildings in Cornwall. Afterwards you can wander around the maze of side streets and potter around the independent little shops this stunning city has to offer.

Trefechan offers a wonderful holiday for the whole family and with stunning sunsets and starry nights this flourishing coastal village has it all for a truly memorable holiday.
