Seaview Cottages
Enjoy the pace of island life in one of our Seaview holiday cottages. Located to the east of the Isle of Wight, Seaview is a lovely little village. In the summer, Seaview is a bustling hub of sailors and holidaymakers coming to enjoy the warm weather and watch the yachts in various vantage points across the village.Read more
With ocean views from the high street Seaview certainly lives up to its name, making it an ideal destination for those looking for a waterside break. As a quiet place to visit in the winter, Seaview offers up idyllic panoramic views across deep waters and calming walks along the pebbles of Spring Vale beach and Seagrove bay.
Seaview is a great spot to spend an afternoon with the kids or taking the dog for a walk all year round. Along the high street you’ll find local businesses who use the finest local produce from across the Isle of Wight to serve up tasty dishes throughout the day. The restaurants here are very used to visitors so will be sure to make you feel right at home. With the beaches being dog friendly all year round, most cafes and restaurants are happy to welcome your lovely dog too.
Nearby you'll find the pretty harbour villages of St Helens and Bembridge. To the north, via a walk through Puckpool park, is the town of Ryde. Slightly bigger and with plenty to do, Ryde has lots of choice when it comes to restaurants cafes and shops to explore. There's also the steam railway which leaves from the end of the pier and travels through the east of the Isle of Wight - a great alternative to travelling by car. Less than half an hour from Seaview is Newport, the biggest town on the island. Here you'll find more mainstream shops and restaurants and a thriving arts scene centred around Quay Arts.

We’ve been raising the standards of self catering holidays since 1977.
Our family ethos
Tony and Clare Tregoning started the business back in 1977 and their dedication to quality and excellence is at the heart of everything we do. Tony is sadly no longer with us, but we still adhere to their original ethos of finding holiday homes we would like to stay in and have slowly grown the company to find the best picks of properties across the counties. Plus Clare still drops in to keep us on our toes.
As an independent, family-run company, we wouldn’t expect you to stay anywhere we wouldn’t want to stay ourselves. And we’re pretty picky. We want you to walk into your handpicked holiday home and say ‘wow’, sit back and relax.

We are Gold accredited with the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
Green Tourism Business Scheme
As a company, we look across our business and try to make sustainable changes and decisions. From using recycled paper in our printers to putting in measures for using less energy in our offices, we keep an eye on our impact on the environment.
Beyond our offices, we have passed on the same ethics to our holiday cottage owners by setting up our own Green Scheme that they can join. Each property has to tick off a certain number of actions to be included in the scheme, many of which go above and beyond the GTBS requirements.
