Horizons is a stunning coastal home set back from the sandy beach and turquoise sea at beautiful Praa Sands, one of Cornwall’s most loved beach destinations.

Sleeping six guests, this exceptional property has sweeping sea views from almost every room. A stylish and spacious light filled home which is perfectly placed for relaxed beach days, coastal adventures and many memorable family gatherings. The beach is just a short walk away so whether you would like a morning sea dip, a family picnic for the day or to enjoy the sunset, this is the spot to enjoy coastal charm at all times of the day.

Praa Sands is famous for its vast stretch of golden sand, crystal clear waters and rock pools at low tide for little ones to explore. It’s perfect for families, walkers and surfers and the beach has a laid back atmosphere with a welcoming cafe, surf school and plenty of space to soak up the sea air and as evening draws in, the sunsets are spectacular, don’t forget your camera!

Inside this reverse level home, with access via the ground floor, you'll find the modern open plan kitchen/diner which is fully equipped and designed for a sociable family gathering, whilst being drawn to the coastline in front of you. A seating area where you can admire the view leads to the balcony, an ideal spot to sit with a morning coffee or evening drinks whilst enjoying panoramic sea views. A cosy snug sitting-room provides the perfect retreat after a day at the beach, again with uninterrupted coastal views. This floor also has a convenient cloakroom.

Head downstairs to the lower ground floor where you will find three beautifully presented bedrooms, again all enjoying wonderful sea views that will make waking up here truly special. The first is a comfortable double with an en suite cloakroom, a second boasts contemporary bunk-beds and the third is another sweet double. Each room allows the outside to shine through, and you will never tire of the sea views, whatever the weather.

The newly appointed family bathroom features a bath with overhead power shower. Practical touches make beach living easy, with an additional wet-room and a handy utility-room which can be directly accessed from the rear entrance, ideal for rinsing sandy toes, wetsuits and salty beach gear after a day by the sea.

Outside guests can enjoy the sea facing garden with outdoor seating and a barbecue. Dine al fresco enjoying the sunshine and listening to the waves. Please note there is a drop at the end of the garden therefore the property is not suitable for children under five years old, but babes in arms up to six months are very welcome.

Horizons also benefits from private parking for two cars, allowing you to come and go at your convenience making this an excellent base to explore west Cornwall.
