This beautifully presented, semi-detached, three-storey townhouse is set in the sought-after village of Seaview, just a stone's throw away from stunning beaches with crystal clear calm waters, perfect for little ones. A short stroll away is a selection of welcoming pubs serving delicious food, a fabulous cafe known for its fresh, flavourful coffee, and a handy community shop for the everyday essentials. Grey Gulls offers an idyllic coastal getaway, modern living with stylish interiors, ideal for families or a group of friends.

Inside, the ground floor offers a cosy double bedroom, a practical utility-room complete with washing machine and tumble-drier (much needed for a holiday by the sea!), a separate cloakroom, and a light-filled modern kitchen/dining-room. Large sliding doors open out to the enclosed courtyard with comfy outdoor furniture - the perfect spot for an evening meal al fresco, or just to sit and unwind with a glass of something nice after a busy day exploring all the island has to offer.

The modern feel continues to the first floor, with a beautifully decorated twin bedroom overlooking the courtyard, a family bathroom ideal for a long, relaxing soak with your favourite book, and an inviting sitting-room which features a luxurious corner sofa and large Juliet balcony, ideal for letting in the fresh sea air.

The second floor completes the accommodation with a charming and cosy triple bedroom (please note, although there are three beds in this room, the property sleeps a maximum of eight guests with flexible sleeping arrangements), a refreshing shower-room, and finally a double bedroom with a king-size bed and large vaulted windows, perfectly positioned to make the most of the views over the rooftops to the sea.

Whether you are looking for a peaceful seaside escape with laid back lunches and tranquil coastal walks in the quieter months, or a lively village atmosphere with sea swimming and ice creams, Grey Gulls is the perfect choice!

With so much on your doorstep here in Seaview, there isn't much need to venture far, however for those tempted to discover some of the Isle of Wight's hidden gems, there are plenty waiting to be explored. The picturesque Freshwater Bay caves in west Wight are only accessible on foot at low tide. Once used by smugglers and a site of conflict during wartime this makes for a great adventure and fantastic photo opportunity.

Shanklin Chine, an ancient gorge and one of the island's oldest attractions, is often overshadowed by some of the more famous coastal spots. It's a magical place, with lush plant life, cascading waterfalls and a path winding through the foliage down to the beach, where you will find a lovely waterfront pub, The Steamer Inn, perfect for a spot of lunch by the sea.

If you are in search of something a little more peaceful, a scenic walk though Brighstone Forest offers a tranquil woodland retreat, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of wildlife - a haven for nature lovers.

If the little ones are craving adventure, a visit to the iconic Needles will do it. With a pleasure cruise, the world-famous chairlift, the Sand Shop where you can make your very own unique coloured sand souvenir, and plenty of other activities that will keep everyone entertained throughout the day.

Tapnell Farm is one of the biggest all-weather, fun-filled family attractions packed with fun for all ages. Little ones will love the giant jumping pillow, sledge slides, pedal go-karts, mini gold, indoor soft play and lovely animal encounters with wallabies, meerkats and alpacas. Older children and adults can get involved too, with activities such as the floating aqua park, archery, axe throwing and lots more!

Whatever you choose to do during your stay on the island, you will be sure to make some magical memories that will last a lifetime.
