Nestled in the picturesque village of Crantock, this beautiful home offers the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking to enjoy the best of coastal Cornwall. Only a fifteen minute walk to the golden sands of Crantock beach and just moments into the centre of the friendly village amenities, this delightful property combines modern comfort with classic charm.

The ground floor welcomes you with open plan living; a cosy sitting-area complete with a wood-burning stove - perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the coast while toasting your toes in front of the flickering flames. There are three steps to the adjoining kitchen and dining-area which is well-equipped for home cooking and sociable suppers with the essential coffee pod machine and milk warmer, not forgetting the wine fridge too! Please do watch your head on the stairs when sat at the table. There is a snug if you want to snuggle down and watch your favourite film which provides an extra space for quiet evenings or children's entertainment.

Upstairs, the accommodation is thoughtfully arranged across two wings. The main bedroom, with its own en suite shower-room, is located above the kitchen/dining-area - up the spiral staircase - offering a private sanctuary. This bedroom has a huge super-king bed so you can enjoy a good night's slumber after a day on the coast.

The further two bedrooms are found above the snug, here there is a double bedroom which has oodles of storage for all your holiday clobber and a twin bedroom which is great to offer flexibility for a party on holiday as this charming layout works beautifully for families travelling with grandparents or friends wanting a little extra space. There is a family bathroom on the ground floor with a deep free-standing bath, ideal for a long soak after salty adventures by the sea, and a shower too.

The garden is a true delight on sunny Cornish days; enjoy leisurely breakfasts or evening barbecues on the patio and light the fire-pit for toasting marshmallows while reminiscing about your day's activities. Seaview Cottage's quintessential surf-side features: a hot and cold outside shower perfect for washing away the salt after your day messing about in the waves or treat your muddy dog to a hot shower before they come inside. There is also a surfboard and bodyboards can be stored in the outdoor rack, leaving plenty of room to relax and unwind. Just remember to keep an eye on your picnic - the local seagulls are known for their curiosity!

There is parking for two medium-sized cars, park up and follow the path for 50 yards until you enter into the garden and go down a few steps to the front door. If you want flat access into the cottage you can make a pit stop outside the front door in the car, or use this as your main point of access once you have arrived. You might not want to use your car for the rest of your stay with so much on offer at your fingertips.
