Twelve Steps is just off the coast road leading down to Mawgan Porth, a real surfer’s paradise beach on the north Cornish coast. With Atlantic sea views and direct access to the beach via a footpath from the enclosed garden, Twelve Steps is a detached, contemporary holiday home refurbished with great attention to maximising the views and access to the pretty garden. Patio doors lead out from the open plan living-room, which includes a bespoke fitted kitchen, a wood-burner and comfortable sofas. The large dining-table will prove to be a focal point for all as there is room for everyone to gather around and enjoy convivial meals and plan the next beach trip together. Four of the bedrooms are downstairs, the en suite master with wonderful sea views. Upstairs is a further en suite bedroom with a balcony overlooking the countryside, and the second sitting-room, with floor to ceiling windows providing fabulous sea views. Exploring this breathtaking coastal location is effortless, with Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall at Watergate Bay to savour nearby, and the ideal family beach at Mawgan Porth on your doorstep. For a day trip out, the Eden Project is also easily accessible.
