Sharlands 11 is home to four beautifully styled bedrooms. You won't want to leave the principal suite on the first floor if you're lucky enough to secure it for yourself. There's a king-size bed, Smart TV, bi-fold doors and Juliet balcony with views across the village and out to the countryside beyond. You'll also find a dressing-room with built-in wardrobe and storage space for all your holiday finery, plus the dreamiest of en suites. There's a separate shower, twin vanity units and a contemporary free-standing bath so gorgeous you'll never want to get out.

Head to the ground floor and you'll find the remaining bedrooms. There's a double room with king-size bed, en suite shower-room and patio doors leading out to the garden. There's also another double boasting garden access; this can be set up as twins or super-king depending on your preference. The fourth and final bedroom is a bunk bedroom, ideal for children. There's also a family bathroom on this floor. The garden room provides an extra lounge area for holidaying children and teenagers.

Outside it's impossible not to get garden envy with the huge, south-facing rear garden. If you're looking for a private sunbathing spot away from the crowds, you've found it! There's also a terrace with al fresco dining for up to ten people, plus a coal barbecue for your epic holiday meals. For your convenience, there's also an outside shower, surfboard storage and wetsuit rail.
