Wander into the kitchen/diner and appreciate its immediate and impressive wow factor. This expansive space benefits from full width bi-fold doors, which open onto the gorgeous back garden beyond. Inside the suave black gloss and rich wood kitchen you'll find everything you need to feed a crowd, including a gas hob, two large integrated ovens, microwave, dishwasher and oodles of storage for all your getaway groceries. Adjacent, you'll find a dining-table with an eclectic mix of chairs adding to the sophisticated room's charm. There's also a separate utility-room with a washing machine, tumble-drier, sink and more storage, along with a wet-room featuring not one but two showers. No more arguments over who gets to wash off after the beach first. Phew!

Rip Curl has six bedrooms, sleeping up to ten guests in total. There's a bright and breezy double bedroom with flatscreen TV downstairs with a stylish shower-room just across the hallway.

Climb the stairs to find the other five bedrooms, two doubles (one with a sofa and flatscreen), two single rooms and a bunk room that's sure to delight any holidaying children. All the rooms are light and airy, benefitting from calm neutral decor designed to get you the best holiday slumber possible. Up here you'll also find the main bathroom, which benefits from a separate shower and bath.

The outdoor space here is designed with your holiday in mind. There's plenty of lawn for the children to play on, plus a big spacious terrace with sun-trap seating. Next to this you'll find a fire-pit, ideal for making the most of the garden once the sun goes down. Anyone for campfire stories and marshmallows? But best of all, Rip Curl has a hot tub, a dreamy spot to unwind after a day packed full of holiday action.

Rip Curl also features a lockable shed to the front, which you can use to store bikes and all your beach gear. Feel free to help yourself to the sun loungers and barbecue stored in here too. There's also a gated driveway with room for up to three cars.
