Go kayaking or sailing at Mooragh Park, visit Ramsey Harbour, and stroll along the sandy beach. Go for a leisurely walk around Milntown Estate and Gardens and delve into the history of the Gibb family with a visit to the Grove Museum of Victorian Life.
There’s much to explore within easy reach of the town, too. Visit the Point of Ayre lighthouse at the northern tip of the Island for incredible views out to sea. Snaefell Mountain, the Island’s only mountain, is also nearby. And if you’re feeling adventurous, you can walk up to the summit, where you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views! Or if you don’t fancy the walk, you could simply hop on the Snaefell Mountain Railway up to the summit, which runs during the summer months.
