Nestled in the heart of the Cornish countryside, Rosmelin is a truly stunning hideaway that invites you to wrap yourself in the lap of luxury and be embraced by the peace and calm that surrounds. Sleeping up to six guests - and welcoming your pampered pooch - this retreat strikes the perfect balance of seclusion and adventure. Close enough to explore north Cornwall's hotspots, including Padstow, Rock, Port Isaac and the Camel Estuary, yet secretly tucked away for pure tranquility.

Step inside and discover interiors exquisitely curated by the owners with the utmost care - worthy of the pages of an interior magazine. Vibrant fabrics and thoughtful design details create a space that feels both stylish and inviting.

The living accommodation has an open plan feel, yet each area retains its own character. Pick up fresh local produce from nearby farm shops and prepare holiday feasts in the beautifully equipped kitchen, complete with wooden worktops, an American-style fridge/freezer and a Nespresso machine, setting the tone for slow breakfasts and lively suppers. Meals can be enjoyed around the large dining-table overlooking the garden, or perhaps al fresco on the terrace. The light-filled living space is a joy to relax in with bi-fold doors inviting the garden inside. Sumptuous sofas beckon you to sink in, while a wood-burner flickers in the corner, perfect for cosy nights in.

Upstairs, three beautiful bedrooms promise rest and indulgence. The principal suite is a true showstopper, with its vaulted ceiling, dramatic glass wall and sweeping countryside views. A versatile 'zip and link' bed offers the choice of a super-king double or twins, while a cosy seating area and spa like en suite - complete with twin sinks, a free-standing bath and a shower - make this space a sanctuary in itself. Two further bedrooms provide equal charm: one twin, which can interconnect with the main bedroom, and another 'zip and link' super-king. Both are dressed in soft linens, sumptuous throws and calming colour palettes, sharing a stylish shower-room on the ground floor. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure peaceful nights and luxurious mornings.

Outside, Rosmelin's garden is a private haven. Picture yourself with morning coffee at the old mill stone table, or dining al fresco on the terrace as the sun dips behind the hills. Wander along mown paths through wildflower meadows, pausing to take in the views, always magical, always yours.

There's no shortage of adventures from Rosmelin, so pack a picnic and set off to explore the delights nearby. The spectacular coastal footpath and a choice of glorious sandy beaches are just a short drive away. Polzeath is a favourite with surfers, while Daymer Bay offers gentler waters perfect for families.

For those who love the water, Rock is the place to be - try your hand at sailing, water skiing or windsurfing, or hop on the foot ferry across to Padstow to browse stylish shops, boutiques and galleries, indulging in its famous culinary scene along the way.

For more culinary delights, there is excellent dining at the St Kew Inn, The Mariners at Rock, and Nathan Outlaw's restaurant in Port Isaac. To work up an appetite, hire a bike in Wadebridge, a fantastic market town, and cycle the Camel Trail. This scenic route runs from Padstow to Wenfordbridge on Bodmin Moor, winding through beautiful countryside with charming tea rooms and even an award winning vineyard along the way.

Golfers can test their skills at St Enodoc, home to Europe's largest bunker, while lovers of history and heritage will enjoy exploring the grand houses, gardens and estates at Lanhydrock and Pencarrow.

Whether you're seeking coastal adventure, country walks or simple relaxation, Rosmelin offers the perfect Cornish escape - luxurious, peaceful and utterly unforgettable.
