The area has a great choice of places to eat out, we are not sure how much the kitchen will be used!
There are two staircases at Rosmelin. One leads to bedroom 1 and the other to bedrooms 2 and 3.
Bedroom 1 is a real showstopper.
Bedroom 1 offers a super-king size bed, vaulted ceiling and a large picture window that perfectly frames the view.
Breakfast in bed? Why not, you are on holiday!
Pull up a chair and relax.
The en suite has a double-ended bath, perfect for one or two!
The en suite also has twin basins.
...and there's a shower as well!
Twin beds await in the second bedroom. This room can interlink with bedroom 1, making it ideal for families.
Chill out and soak up the countryside that surrounds.
A second set of stairs lead up to bedroom 2 and 3.
The third bedroom has 'zip and link' beds, meaning it can be made up as twins or a super-king sized bed for flexible sleeping arrangements

There's a large walk-in shower in the shower-room on the ground floor.
There's a choice of al fresco spaces to enjoy.
The unique millstone table, ideal for leisurely breakfasts and morning coffee.
Head out of the garden gate and explore the open fields.

Spend the day at picture perfect Port Isaac , home to TV's 'Doc Martin', The Fisherman's Friends and Michelin starred chef Nathan Outlaw.
Hop on the foot ferry from Rock over to Cornwall's culinary capital, Padstow.
Take a trip to Lanhydrock (NT) with its grand house and beautiful gardens and hire a bike to explore the network of cycle trails.
Have some fun on two wheels cycling along the renowned 'Camel Trail'.
The dramatic landscape of Bodmin Moor will delight ramblers.

The cottage was beautiful and furnished to high standards, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need, the surrounding to the cottage was so peaceful with rabbits and pheasants for company, we are definitely going back next year and can't wait...

We had a great week at Rosmelin. It is a lovely barn conversion in a beautiful and peaceful location. The house is very well presented, with a nice garden, and the views are wonderful. Nearby, the town of Wadebridge has good shops and restaurants, and it is perfectly placed for exploring North Cornwall. ...
