Nestled in beautiful Croyde Bay on the north Devon coast and with chic interiors, fabulous shared spaces and a garden made for entertaining, Capella is your go-to pet-free property for celebratory get-togethers. Beautifully curated by an interior designer, cool and calming hues throughout imbues a peaceful air, with silk-smooth wooden floors soft underfoot. Spanning three floors with a fantastic open-plan living area, four sumptuous bedrooms (three en suite) and an outdoor space with a swimming pool, large hot tub and seating area, Capella is not only a welcoming home but a fabulous host for special occasions too.

The main living area can be found on the first floor, where you'll discover an airy, open plan living, dining and kitchen area, complete with Sonos sound system to create the soundtrack to your holiday. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to rustle up feasts, including an electric hob, two ovens, dishwasher and microwave. There's a breakfast-bar that's ideal for meals on the go, while an adjacent larder and utility-room is ideal for storing things away. Next to the kitchen lies the impressive dining-area, complete with huge table that seats nine guests - the perfect spot for leisurely breakfasts, laid-back lunches and grand dinner parties. A high chair is also available for little ones. Just a few steps away, the gorgeous sitting-area with a sprawling blue sofa is the perfect spot for catching up on each other's news, or for watching your favourite box sets on the wall-mounted Smart TV. During warmer months, open the bi-fold doors on to the balcony where you'll find comfy outdoor seating on which to soak up the sun and gaze out to sea.

Two of the bedrooms can be found on the second floor. The principal bedroom, with king-sized bed, velvet sofa and sumptuous en suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi bath, is a haven to escape to at the end of the day, while bi-fold doors and Juliet balcony means the morning light and sea air can gently wake you up - bliss! The second bedroom boasts a super-king-sized bed that can be made into twins on request, and an en suite with spacious shower. A travel cot is provided should you need it (please bring your own bedding).

On the ground floor you'll find the other two bedrooms, both super-king sized beds which can be split into twins on request. One has an en suite shower-room, while the other enjoys French windows which lead out to the swimming pool area.

Also on the ground floor, the fabulous cinema room is on hand for memorable film nights with three massage chairs, Sonos sound system, large Smart TV and bespoke lighting. There's also a sofa bed, suitable for one adult, that's available on request. A few steps away is a large American-style fridge/freezer that's perfect for storing drinks and snacks.

Step outside to find a paved garden with a fantastic swimming pool (1.2m deep throughout and complete with lighting for nighttime dips) and a large bubbling hot tub to unwind the muscles and mind. There's also an outdoor hot shower for rinsing off sandy toes or a quick shower before using the pool and hot tub. In addition, there's a coal barbecue for tasty meals al fresco. To the front of Capella, there's private parking for four cars along with an EV charging point to make getting about super easy.
