This spectacular holiday home, located in the heart of the Lizard peninsula, is perfectly proportioned for a large family group or friends.

Situated a short drive from one of the most photographed and painted locations in Cornwall at Kynance Cove, Channel View provides a great base for exploring this beautiful and unspoilt area. After a day out come home and spend time in the heated swimming pool (the temperature will vary depending on the weather conditions as there is no cover and the pool is available from mid April to the end of September) and hot tub or relax on one of the large sofas in front of the contemporary wood-burner.

Space and comfort are the order of the day with spacious bedrooms, lots of living space, large gardens and a games-room over the garage; there really is something here for everyone for a holiday to remember.

This wonderful detached house with two ground floor and two first floor bedrooms is surrounded by countryside and offers guests a bit of rural peace and tranquility.

Within a very short drive you can discover Mullion the largest village on the Lizard with its pubs, cafes, craft shops and art galleries and Lizard Point where you can find yourself a cream tea or tasty sandwich and take a seat to enjoy the spectacular sea views.

For the bigger shop, the town of Helston with its shops, supermarkets and local cinema can be reached in around twenty minutes, and in less than an hour you can be in the maritime town of Falmouth, the Cathedral City of Truro or travel further up the west coast to Marazion, St Michael's Mount and Land's End.
