Had a wonderful holiday. House was beautiful, plenty of room for a multi generational holiday. Kitchen was well equipped. Huge garden and of course that lovely swimming pool and the jacuzzi. House is central to all the main attractions in that area yet in a peaceful rural area. We all loved it and will definitely go back.

A well appointed property with great facilities and lovely sea views in the distance. We had a wonderful time as a family with young children and have made some lovely memories in these difficult times.

Great property with a fantastic pool which is the main selling point of this house. Location is good to see all the local sites this area of Cornwall has to offer. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Fabulous week, only grumble was the British weather ... bring wetsuits if the weather looks iffy and still enjoy pool.

I’ve been holidaying near the lizard all my lives - my mom for 50 years of hers! It’s our most favourite happy place. To find a house as perfect as Channel View so close to beautiful special places like Kennack Sands & Cadgwith is just totally amazing. It has everything you need and is a perfect holiday home - spacious, well equipped & decorated, clean, welcoming, light & airy & plenty of storage space in every area of the house! The huge drive takes away any hassles with parking no matter how many cars you have in the party. The kitchen is a lovely central hub of the house & the lounge comfortable for relaxing. The pool, hot tub & ‘massive’ back & front gardens are the icing on the cake! During our stay we celebrated my nephews 5th birthday & my moms 65th birthday & channel view made them even more memorable! We have already secured another week there next summer! Perfect ????

The only major problem lies with the pool.The USP for me was the outdoor heated pool with a temperature of 27/28 degrees celcius thus making swimming extremely comfortable.I have no doubt that the temp.of the water leaving the heating apparatus might well achieve the advertised level BUT, without a pool cover the actual pool temp. during our visit was circa 16 degrees and not much higher than the ambient sea temperature during summer months in Cornwall.The owners really must fund the fitting of a proper cover to avoid all of that expensive water heating being lost to the elements.Using wet suits in order to utilise this excellent facility should not be an option !

We had a wonderful week at Channel View, apart from a few housekeeping niggles. A lovely comfortable house in a great location on The Lizard. The pool was a great success especially with the grandchildren.

The best holiday home we’ve ever stayed in, by a mile. Superb stunning property, with enough space for everyone inside and out. Kids loved the pool and games room and a fantastic holiday was had by all. We have already rebooked for next year!

Beautiful house with amazing views and lots to entertain the famiky. The pool is long enough to swim in.there are sun lounger s around the pool but be aware there is no shade...hot tub lovely and hot...lots of televisions in all rooms ...very well designed and it's so big that you are not on top of one another... I would definately recommend anyone who's looking for peace family time to try this place...

The service we have received from classic cottages is outstanding! We got lost on our arrival and the gentleman who helped guide us couldn’t have been more helpful, even offering to find us and take us himself! Nothing has been to much trouble and the booking and payment process was fast and straight forward. We have already recommended classic cottages to several people as we are so happy with the service and had the absolute best holiday. Beautiful cottage and surroundings, we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!

We had a wonderful week at Channel View, from being welcomed with a cream tea with scones when we arrived, to the proximity of The Lizard, Kynance Cove, and Cadgwith (all just over a mile away). If silence, acres of space, and quality fixtures and fittings are your thing then this is the holiday cottage for you.

Amazing location with lots of lovely local things to see and buy! 10/10 we will definitely be back. Pool and hot tub are amazing!!

Such a special and unique place with sea views and huge gardens! The games room is a fantastic addition and we absolutely loved the swimming pool and hot tub. The place had great road links and was close to our favourite beaches. A fantastic place for the whole family to enjoy.

A great holiday home for a family gathering of 7 with ages ranging from 16 to 76! The garden, pool, hot tub & games room were enjoyed by us all. The house is in a lovely setting with plenty of parking. We loved watching our neighbours, a herd of cows everyday & were lucky enough to see a calf being born. It’s in a good location with lots to do within a few miles. High lights for us were the boat trip from Falmouth to Truro & the excellent food, service & views at the Cadgwith Cove Inn & Polpeor Cafe.

Highly recommend this property we went for my wife’s 30th Birthday, we will definitely be going back!

We enjoyed venturing out and about but spent most of our time relaxing at by the pool. We had a fabulous week and can’t wait to return.
