There is also a practical cloakroom on the ground floor, you'll also discover a king-size bedroom with an en suite, along with a gorgeous sitting-room where the lighting sets the tone for cosy evenings and special gatherings.

Upstairs, a further three bedrooms await, each with its own en suite for total privacy and comfort, and that unforgettable view of the valley and farmland. The flexible 'zip and link' design means they can be arranged as super-king or twin beds, making Llawnroc wonderfully adaptable for families and friends alike. Outside, to the front elevation, you have four private car parking spaces allocated just for Llawnroc, and to the rear elevation, your private terrace is made for al fresco living, complete with outdoor seating, a hybrid chiminea/barbecue and a bubbling hot tub. It's the perfect space to unwind as the sun dips over the valley.

Guests here also enjoy full use of the outstanding facilities on site: splash in the indoor heated swimming pool (complete with sun terrace and sun loungers), keep active in the well-equipped gym, followed by a relaxing session in the infrared sauna, or challenge each other in the games-room and sports hall. For younger visitors, and four-legged friends, there's an outdoor play area and vast lawns to explore, while horse lovers can take advantage of the nationally acclaimed riding centre, offering lessons, coastal hacks and an indoor arena, or stabling if you wanted to bring your horse or pony along for the explorations. Please note all facilities (except your private hot tub) are shared with three other cottages on site including Trewenna Cottage (6047) sleeping nine and Scrumpy Cottage (6048) sleeping six. The friendly owners are on site to help and assist with anything you need, but you are totally separate and have total privacy at Llawnroc. The garden is incredibly secure for young children and pets.
