With spacious living areas and a gorgeous back garden, East Gull Sands is an ideal property for family holidays or friends looking for an island getaway.

Tastefully furnished with comfort in mind, East Gull Sands has all you need for a relaxing holiday. The comfortable sitting-room has cosy sofas, perfect after a busy beach day and the separate dining-room is the ideal place to gather everyone around to chat about the adventures of the day or perhaps play a board game. The kitchen has all you will need to cook a holiday meal and of course, the all-important dishwasher, so no squabbling over the washing up here! If you are looking for a quiet corner to catch up on some holiday reading, the snug is ideal.

Two cosy bedrooms are on the ground floor, a king-size double room with the benefit of an en suite shower-room and a room with bunk-beds which the children will love. A separate WC and wash-basin complete the ground floor.

Climb the stairs to the first floor and bedroom three, a delightful double-bedded room with views towards the Solent. The separate bathroom on this floor has a gorgeous rolltop bath, perfect for a relaxing soak after a busy day. Please note both the first-floor rooms have restricted head height in places.

Outside, East Gull Sands is a delight. To the front and over the road the beach is just stone's throw away. To the rear there is a lovely back garden with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining on sunny days. Please note access to the garden is via steps off the kitchen however the steps can be avoided if accessed via the driveway. With private parking and such easy access to several stunning beaches and the village amenities, East Gull Sands has all you need for a relaxing island escape.

Seaview is a delightful seaside village on the easterly side of the Isle of Wight and from the moment you arrive you will realise what a special place it is. The beaches all overlook the Solent so you can sit and while away time watching the boats sail past. Seagrove Bay is a short walk away, a large, sheltered spot with sand and shingle exposed at low tide. This beach is ideal for families with safe swimming and many rock pools to discover. Should you decide to dine out, try Lily's Cafe for great freshly brewed coffee, cakes and pastries. They also make sandwiches to order, perfect for picnics! The Old Fort sits overlooking the water and offers a great menu of local produce, or perhaps try The Seaview Hotel with a traditional bar and formal dining room for special occasions.

For local provisions, the Seaview Community Shop has all you'll need including fresh island dairy produce, meats, fresh bread and local vegetables and fruit. Indeed, you may never need to take your car out as you have everything on your doorstep. If you do decide to travel further afield then a trip to the pretty village of Bembridge, just ten minutes away is a good idea. Visit the last surviving windmill on the island or perhaps view the lifeboat station, it is quite a spectacle. Further afield Osborne House makes for a fabulous day out. Once the home of Queen Victoria you can spend a day exploring the house, extensive gardens and private beach with the Queens bathing hut overlooking the Solent. West Wight has lots to offer and make sure you travel there along Military Road with spectacular views over the sea. Freshwater Bay is renowned for its crystal-clear waters, perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking and don't forget to visit the iconic Needles whilst you are in the area.
