This handsome whitewashed house has an enviable position in St Mawes close to Tavern beach, with far reaching sea views from many of the rooms and the spacious paved front terrace. Decorated throughout in light, bright colours, with an eclectic mix of modern and antique furniture. The sitting-room has a granite faced ornamental fireplace and a pair of squashy sofas looking out to sea. French doors open out to the sunny front terrace.

Being right in the centre of the village, you are within strolling distance of the picturesque harbour and an excellent selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and galleries.

St Mawes is a small fishing village located on the Roseland peninsula. Being within the Gulf Stream, the climate in this area is very mild all year round and summer temperatures can compare with the Mediterranean. This results in some beautiful local gardens throughout the Roseland. The area is a Mecca for the boating and yachting fraternity and local sailing clubs are extremely active arranging racing events and evening functions for locals and visitors alike. Of course, being right on the sea front, the village is also a haven for the gastro enthusiast, with restaurants and pubs offering superb fish and shellfish dishes all year round.
