Bryher is a delightful barn conversion, semi-detached from Lowenna (3133). The interior is contemporary, light and airy with laminate-flooring throughout and great attention to detail. Located just a five minute walk from Porthcurnick Beach, with soft sand and rock pools galore, this is a wonderful location for a family holiday. A 10 minute stroll along the coastal footpath brings you to Portscatho, a pretty little harbourside village with its own sandy beach, a selection of shops and galleries, a couple of cafes and a popular pub. The shared orchard garden has fully enclosed lawns, lovely mature trees and sea views over the bay towards Nare Head and Gull Rock in one direction and rolling countryside in the other.
Bryher has an open plan living-room, spacious and light with laminate floors and French doors leading out to a timber deck with outdoor furniture, which enjoys the morning sunshine. The fully-fitted kitchen has a breakfast-bar with stools. The sitting area has cream leather sofas and a television. The bedroom has a double bed and the shower-room has a fully enclosed shower. A well-behaved dog is welcome.
