We had an amazing holiday at Cliff House and were really sad to leave! The house is fantastic! The house and garden is huge so even with a big group of us we still had plenty of space. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kids loved the hot tub and hammock and the adults enjoyed sitting at the dining table watching the ocean while eating breakfast, then outside watching the waves crashing on the beach. We didn't really need to check tide times - just pop into the garden and look over the fence! The proximity to the lovely sandy beach was so convenient, no hunting for parking spaces (Cliff House is actually closer to the beach than the car park!) and it was easy to pop back to the house if we'd forgotten anything or grab lunch/coffee. The Cabin Cafe next door was also good, staff were super friendly and if you've forgotten any beach bits they have the essential buckets/spaces/windbreaks for sale. Dynasty Chinese is just up the road so we treated ourselves to a takeaway which was yummy. Ordered on the app and had it delivered! We would return to Cliff House in a heartbeat! ...

Lovely house and absolutely stunning sea views, you can hear the sea when going to sleep! The house is really spacious and well laid out, kitchen is gorgeous and kitted out well. Bedrooms are really comfy and excellent bathrooms. The outside space is gorgeous, lots of places to sit and soak in the view and sea air. The cafe next door is fab (not visible from the garden), fantastic coffee! And it's literally a 2 minute walk up the drive and down the ramp to the sea, which has a lifeguard. Great location, cafes and a great pub in easy walking distance, and only a few mins drive to main A roads to explore the beauty of Cornwall....
