This fabulous holiday house is beautifully furnished, superbly well-equipped, and provides plenty of space for everyone to spread out. With a bubbling hot tub in the garden-room, perfect for soaking away the stresses of everyday life, everyone will relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday at Trevithick Park. Landscaped gardens have rolling lawns and a five acre wildlife reservation with bird hides, two lakes – one stocked for fishing – and a woodland walk, all are great fun to explore!

Set in a tranquil rural location but easily accessible, the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are close by. Portholland beach is a couple of miles away, with sand and rock pools appearing at low tide, ideal for family outings. Neighbouring Porthluney beach is safe and sandy with a charming beach cafe, so sandcastles and ice creams are a must.

Converted with the greatest attention to detail by the lovely owners (who live next door, but carefully respect your privacy once you have settled in), Trevithick Park offers the warmest of welcomes with a freshly baked cream tea awaiting you on arrival. What a perfect spot for all generations – and the family dog is welcome too!

The heart of the house is the fully equipped farmhouse kitchen where an oil-fired Alpha range (similar to an Aga) sits warmly in the corner, so rustling up holiday meals is easy. Everyone fits around the big pine table for leisurely family meals or traditional board games and jigsaw puzzles (there are plenty supplied to tease your brain!).

The large sitting-room has comfortable sofas and chairs, a multi-fuel stove and satellite television. Doors lead out to the sun-trap patio which is also accessed from the garden-room, where two sets of French doors open right up allowing you to relax in the hot tub with views out to the patio and gardens.

The ground floor bedroom has twin beds and an en suite wet-room fitted with grab rails, perfect for those with limited mobility. Upstairs, every bedroom has countryside views and high apex ceilings where the original ancient beams can still be seen. The main bedroom has an en suite shower-room and three further bedrooms share a family bathroom upstairs and shower-room downstairs.
