Lovely little cosy cottage in a good location. Excellent directions given to find the property and well kitted out. Log burner was fantastic to have on the wet and windy nights during our November stay. Don't wait for the chip shop in the village to open, it's been closed for the last 2 years and is for sale but no signage to say so. Fantastic welcome at the local hostelry 'The North inn'. Would return again when staying in the area....

Fabulously cosy cottage. Equipped with everything you would need to cook and enjoy an away from home rest. Very warm and cosy with 5* bedding etc. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Great that we were able to take our dog and fantastic walks from the door. We rarely used our car. We will definitely be rebooking in the near future. ...

Cottage well equipped and decorated. Quiet and easily accessed. Excellent location for moorland and coastal walks. Also plenty of eating places within walking distance.
