An absolutely gorgeous cottage. Very comfortable with everything you need. Beautifully decorated and homely. The wood burner was stacked and ready to light on our arrival which was a lovely touch. We love this part of Cornwall, particularly the north coast from Pendeen to St Ives and so the location was perfect. We will be returning soon! ...

A very comfortable cottage, very tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped in a lovely peaceful location

Mrs Pinder August 2024

Our stay at Thimble Cottage was really lovely. Tastefully furnished, comfortable, quiet and private. It was great having two good sized double bedrooms, both were beautiful with views of the sea in the distance. It is well situated to visit the gorgeous nearby beaches and coastal towns, it has easy access to the South West Coastal Path. We loved it! ...

Miss Schweig August 2024

We had a lovely stay. On the first day, the dishwasher turned out to be not working. The very friendly housekeeper came and went out of his way to fix it (and succeeded). The cottage is very comfortable and stylish, the only comment I have is that for tall people like us (1,84 m) some things are less comfortable (like washing your hair while squatting as the shower is hanging too low for us). Anybody taller than us would have to duck while entering the kitchen. But this is also part of the charm of old English cottages. The beds were great and the whole interior is new yet classic. The garden is quite small, the children did not really have a place to play their game of volleyball, we did take them to the football fields down the road though and they played there. The nereby pub The North Inn serves great food, really enjoyed that as well as our trips to surrounding places and beaches. Great stay!...
