A lovely place. Clean , well-equipped. Friendly helpful owners. A wonderful setting, not only the large garden but also access to a paddock area filled with daffodils and bird song. Our dog loved it. The Maypole Inn close by does a wonderful carvery and take away. The food was well packed and hot. Lynton and Lynmouth outstanding well worth a visit. Thank you....

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in November for his birthday ,it is beautiful property the wood burner and blankets made for a cozy stay ,we'll definitely be coming back maybe in the summer for longer to take advantage of the walking opportunities in the area .......

A lovely barn conversion in an ideal location for visiting Somerset. Everything needed and more We found in the barn, our reaction was Wow when we first entered the barn. We have both said there will be a return trip on the cards to Oak tree barn.

Beautuful cottage lovely location had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Our hosts were friendly and most helpful lovely welcome pack with delious locally baked cake and treats for the dogs. Our two dogs loved the enclosed garden and access to the orchard and fields was a added bonus. We will certainly be booking again...
