The Cob is comfortable, clean, spacious and has everything you need. The owners are friendly and helpful. The cottage is in a peaceful country location but close to the A38 for easy access to South Devon and is also very close to Dartmoor. Definitely the best of both worlds. I would definitely recommend staying there....

We really enjoyed our week at the Cob. The property is in a very peaceful corner of the Teign valley, and well situated as a base to explore Dartmoor, South Devon and more. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts. We enjoyed sitting in the shared garden in the evenings. Another family was staying in the smaller cottage next door--but we may as well have had the place to ourselves. Our toddler loved seeing the alpacas in the orchard nearby. We would definitely stay again....

We had the most amazing stay. Beautiful cottage in the most stunning surroundings. Owners were lovely and gave us some great local information. We could not fault anything. Only downside was we had to leave to come home .

We had a thoroughly enjoyable time staying in the Cob. The facilities were great and the location and surrounding countryside are truly something to behold. We particularly enjoyed walking around the fields of Leigh Farm and taking in the views from 'The Knoll'. Our Hosts were very friendly and receptive to our needs / requirements. They left us to our own devices but were available to answer any questions if required. We would thoroughly recommend staying at Leigh Farm should the opportunity arise.
