We had such a lovely week in this property. Very peaceful rural location, delightful grounds including a wildlife pond, and The Cob itself was characterful, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. It made a great base for visiting both the coast and all parts of Dartmoor. The owners live on site and were super friendly and quick to respond (eg to replace a lightbulb) but were otherwise unobtrusive. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will be back ourselves....

We had the most wonderful holiday and are incredibly grateful - it was clear that absolutely every care had been taken to make sure we'd have everything we needed and it was really lovely. BBQs, a spare fridge, lamps, DVDs, so many thoughtful details. The houses were so comfortable and lovely to be in and the garden was just amazing. The hosts were so thoughtful, and your company is extremely helpful and easy to get hold of. We've already recommended it to friends and will definitely stay again. Thank you all - it was a really fantastic holiday....
