A fantastic holiday let, with fabulous accommodation, lovely on-site hosts (only there if you need them, which is great), very well equipped. I wanted to move in! Only very one minor comment is that the bath mats were slightly damp smelling (not enough to be a complaint)....

The owners of the cottage were very friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived they had left a cream tea for us which was a lovely touch. Lovely setting and amenities. Cottage was spotless. Will definitely book another holiday here....

We had such a lovely week in this property. Very peaceful rural location, delightful grounds including a wildlife pond, and The Cob itself was characterful, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. It made a great base for visiting both the coast and all parts of Dartmoor. The owners live on site and were super friendly and quick to respond (eg to replace a lightbulb) but were otherwise unobtrusive. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will be back ourselves....
