The ground floor sitting-room overlooks the colourful well stocked garden and features a huge window that can allow the sea breeze to drift inside. Comfortable furniture and a cosy wood-burner, plus a Smart TV with Netflix and Sky make this the perfect place to relax whatever the season. You will find the first of the three bedrooms on the ground floor; here is a beautifully appointed double bedroom with a luxurious en suite shower-room.
Upstairs the house reveals a second sitting-room that boasts panoramic sea views with the sparkling waters of Mount's Bay directly in front of you. It’s the perfect spot to watch the ever-changing mood of the sea, passing boats and fabulous sunsets. You can simply lose yourself for the day and watch the world go by.
The principal bedroom has equally impressive sea views and a luxurious king-size bed, with its own en suite shower-room, finished to an exceptional standard. The third bedroom also has a king-size double bed with another beautiful shower-room, ensuring each guest has exceptional comfort and privacy.
This stunning property has a fully enclosed secluded private terraced garden with an abundance of flowers. Penzance is full of independent cafes and galleries all withing walking distance of the property, making this an unbeatable location to enjoy Penzance.
Not too much further away you can cross the causeway to historic St Micheal's Mount, the most photographed attraction in Cornwall. Spend the day wandering the quaint streets of Mousehole, with its pretty harbour and terraced fisherman’s cottages, stop by the bustling harbour in Newlyn and buy the freshest of fish caught locally, taking advice of the fishmongers on the best recipe to prepare a feast back at 1 South Terrace. A fabulous spot to explore all this captivating part of west Cornwall has to offer.
