Nestled at the end of a private lane with not a neighbour in sight, Yellow Blossom Cottage is a beautiful secluded 200 year old traditional cottage offering a blend of timeless charm and modern comfort all set against the backdrop of St Michael's Mount.

Steeped in history and once part of a working farm, this cottage retains much of its original character with huge thick stone walls. With uninterrupted views from most windows this truly is a place to appreciate an outstanding view. The sitting-room has its original fireplace warming the home on chiller evenings. Sit back and relax to enjoy the truly magical location of this property. A beautiful fitted kitchen is bright and thoughtfully equipped with all appliances, leads into a separate dining-room ideal for family meals or slow breakfasts. Downstairs also features a bathroom with full size bath, perfect for relaxing soaks after long coastal walks.

Head up the traditionally steep stairs, there is a handrail to assist, the cottage offers four bedrooms, a tranquil double, a twin and two charming singles each with their own personality, soft linens and views of rolling fields and the shimmering sea. The shower-room upstairs brings a fresh contemporary touch to this historic home. Your canine companion is welcome to join you and there are excellent walks from the front door.

Once settled in this beautiful part of the county, you are so very well placed to explore. The pretty village of Mousehole is just a couple of miles away with it's narrow streets, tidal harbour, cafes and charming little independant shops. If visiting during the festive season, the annual Christmas light display is a huge attraction.

Stretching from Newlyn to Marazion, the seafront footpath affords stunning views across Mounts Bay and impressive St Michael's Mount. Stop along the way and enjoy a dip in the famous Art Deco lido, Jubilee Pool in Penzance. A beloved local landmark offering a unique chance to sooth yourself in the geothermally heated waters. Once a year, your doggy can enjoy this treat too. This whole area combines relaxation, history and makes it a must visit destination when holidaying in west Cornwall.
