Bunk-bedsThis semi-detached townhouse is perfectly placed to enjoy a traditional Norfolk seaside holiday; create special memories with loved ones in this well thought-out holiday home which offers flexible accommodation, perfect for extended families, or friends, to enjoy together in 'Sunny Hunny' as it is affectionately known. Look out for ancient fossils or dip your toes in the water at low tide with expansive beaches and rockpools within a few minutes' walk of your holiday home, ideal for younger visitors.
Admire the amazing sunsets as the sun dips below the horizon, you can almost hear it sizzle into the sea, as this beautiful part of the coastline is renowned for excellent year-round displays. The shops and supermarkets are a short walk away, as well as a bustling High Street with a variety of independent shops, restaurants and cafes to explore.
Thoughtfully laid out, catering for families or couples; Mr Brightside is perfect for multi-generational holidays where you can spend special time with loved ones. Downstairs you'll find a generous sitting-room with large bay window, this flows through double sliding doors to the dining-room, which in turn leads to the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, with a handy utility-area. You will also find a shower-room on the ground level, perfect for washing sandy toes after a fun day at the beach making sandcastles.
Climb the stairs to the first floor where a spacious principal bedroom awaits; with plenty of storage for all your holiday clobber. A second double room overlooks the garden and finally a fun bunk room, ideal for children, with three foot single bunks boasts a sea glimpse too! The family bathroom completes the first floor and boasts a luxury roll-top bath.
The garden is fully enclosed, safe for children and dogs, with a large patio and apple tree for shade, often laden with fruit in summer, the picture perfect summer escape.
Nearby, stroll along the promenade and explore the beaches at low tide against the backdrop of magnificent red stripy cliffs, youngsters will be entertained for hours exploring the rockpools and paddling the shallow waters at low tide. An ideal spot for twitchers and nature lovers, peruse the birdlife with a visit to Holme Dunes Nature Reserve, a lovely walk easily accessed on foot along the beach. Snettisham RSPB reserve is a must see for migrating birds at certain times of the year.
Venture further afield and climb aboard the 'Coast Hopper', take in the picturesque villages en route such as Brancaster and Thornham with pretty flint cottages and some super pubs serving tasty, local specialities. A little further out is Holkham beach bordering Wells-next-the-Sea; a working harbour; explore the waters with boat trips available - you may even spot the seals often seen basking on the soft sands at low tide.
