The Seagulls is a spacious reverse level house that has been thoughtfully designed. The bedrooms look out onto the gardens and are located on the ground floor, creating a peaceful haven to retire to after a busy day exploring all the delights that the Norfolk coast has to offer.

Head upstairs to the social hub of the house where the open plan living and dining area lends itself to family gatherings and making holiday memories with loved ones. This room has plenty of seating and the most spectacular views of the coast and iconic lighthouse. Doors open out to a balcony, a great space for al fresco dining and entertaining.

Beyond the living/dining area is a fully equipped kitchen that any budding chef would be proud off. It features an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and many other gadgets including a Kitchen Aid and coffee machine. There is also a utility area with washer/drier and large shower-room. A door leads to external stairs to the garden.

The garden has plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. One of the bedrooms has double doors that open to a decking; a nice space to read a book or catch the morning sun before heading out to explore the Norfolk coastline.
