A thoughtful and imaginative renovation has completely transformed this once humble bungalow into an spacious and elegant four-bedroom sanctuary, perfectly placed on Cornwall's rugged Lizard Peninsula and just moments from the wild beauty of Mullion Cove. Care and craftsmanship have been poured into every detail, and it shows - from the coastal inspired exterior to the calming interior palette and enormous bay windows, that lets nature do the talking.

The entrance hallway is spacious and practical with plenty of space for beach gear, walking boots and coats. From the moment you step inside, you are drawn in with a quiet sense of calm. The large and spacious sitting-room boasts a glorious bay window which floods the space with light. There's a perfectly placed rhythm to the layout here - sociable, relaxed and beautifully appointed with comfort and luxury at the forefront of design.

Two bedrooms rest on the ground floor, offering both privacy and flexibility for families or couples sharing. The kitchen and dining space is the piece de resistance - a large, welcoming room with a Rangemaster oven and everything you could possibly need to rustle up anything from seafood feasts to Cornish cream teas - jam first of course! To the rear of the house, a practical utility porch gives simplicity to sandy days at the beach.

Upstairs are two further indulgent bedrooms, each with its own en suite and Juliet balcony. Bedroom three offers an ocean glimpse - a soft reminder of how close you are to the coastline - while bedroom four enjoys sweeping valley views. There's also a handy single bed tucked into this room for a little one, or occasional guest, please let us know if this is required.

Step outside and the sense of serenity continues. A beautifully finished patio wraps around the property with quality outdoor seating that invites long, lazy evenings under the stars or al fresco breakfasts with your loved ones. Occasionally just over the fence, two friendly horses graze peacefully in the neighbouring field - a gentle pair to accompany your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, but please do not feed the horses.

Do note, there are several external steps up to the front, but you can access the property from the rear, which just has a few small steps.

There is an abundance of parking should you wish to use your car, but the choice will be yours. With a footpath running behind Roselands you can pick up a pathway into Mullion Village from here or access the South West Coast Path. The footpath in this area is very special and each season brings its own magic. From the warm summer haze and turquoise waters to the scent of woodsmoke, and crisp autumnal evenings, and clear starlit skies during winter nights.

Mullion village itself is home to a selection of lovely local pubs, clifftop walks, its own chocolate factory, an equestrian centre that offers beach hacking and the renowned Poldhu beach with a lovely cafe which is open 365 days a year and offers frequent live music and pizza nights in the summertime.
