Often referred to as ‘Sunset City’, Peel is well-known for its (you guessed it!) spectacular sunsets. Peel Beach is ideal for sun-drenched days spent lazing on the sand, eating fresh crab sandwiches, and keeping an eye out for seals. Nearby, Fenella Beach is a lovely sheltered cove, where you can picnic and dip your toes in the sea. Step back in time with a visit to Peel Castle, nestled on St Patrick’s Isle, before heading to one of Peel’s restaurants for a delicious supper (don’t forget to stop off at Davisons for an ice cream!). And if you’re looking for more special sunsets and scenery, a visit to Niarbyl Bay is a must - a fantastic place for stargazing, too!
